OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Yes we realize that NYC has had a lot of activities lately. We’re not trying to ignore any of the other very active moms out there – honest. In the future, we’ll be going to 2 additional towns in the US. Right now, we’re not sure where, but stay tuned, we’ll know more by the first of the year. NYC was picked because of the Intrepids’ return to the city. Navy wanted us there, we showed and up and Navy loved it.
