My son left for BC in GL yesterday. So proud. Got my 30 sec call late last night, bittersweet. Trying to get my emotions in check today, but struggling. I know he is in good hands, will be amazing. Tips for a Mom surviving the first week ? God Bless our recruits and sailors. Thank you for having this site, it has been so comforting
