soo my first handwritten letter came in today! i was at a friend's house and my mother called with the great news, at that point i raced over as soon as i could to get it.. the letter started as soon as he could write.. i got 4 letters.. and it all started as sad as can be.. he was struggling at first, not being use to being yelled at it was a huge challenge to deal with, but he began to manage. he said that he the physical stuff was kicking his butt as expected.. but he was gonna come home all buff for mee.. i love how he can make everything so funny. one thing i worry about is i told him everyday how much i loved him and how i would stay by his side and never stray, but he heard ear from a few guys he knew that their girlfriends left them because they couldnt handle the leave.. he worries he will get a letter like that too.. i tell him daily how much he means to me and that i wont leave him and how no one compares to him in any way, but he still worries.. what should i do? does anyone have any ideas of how i can show/ tell him that would never happen.. last thing i want is him worrying about that too.. thank you all for the help along the way.. hope your letters help you like they do mee!
Keep writing and telling him that you love him. Tell him also NOT to listen to the "other guys" telling the horror stories. You know how guys are when they get together. They have to keep one upping the others to make their stories sound better and believeable. I'm sure that your letters are all positive, positive, positive! He doesn't need to hear anything negative while in bootcamp.
Absolutely! He will be done with bootcamp soon. Are you planning on attending PIR? It's ok if your not, I was just curious.
