Call your child's recruiter...that's how I got his address..that would be cool if they have the same graduation date! The recruiter gave me a tentative date ...may 24... As long as he passes each section...
This has been a very hard week!!!

Join the group, DEP-Leavin for bootcamp in March, to connect with others with loved ones who left that same day and may have PIR together.

You may want to join, or at least check out, Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones), PIR Reference Information, and New Members Stop Here. Once you know your SR’s PIR date and/or division number, watch in Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) and/or at http://www.navyformoms.com/forum/topics/groups-listed-by-pir-date and join the group for that once it has been created. There will be a lot of great information and support for you in those groups. Be sure to check out the Pages (found under the pictures of the Members) and Discussions within the groups. Arrival and What Happens at the RTC within Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) will let you know what is happening, but you will also want to check out the other Pages in all of the groups. I also suggest that you check out OPSEC and PERSEC (Making Changes To Your Profile) and make at least the first two changes at the bottom.

Since you received the address from the recruiter, I know it will be hard not to send letters, but we strongly urge you to wait on the form letter before sending letters.  (See Letter Writing & Fun Stuff/Questionnaires to send to your Recruit.)

My son left the same day.  My eyes hurt from all the tears.  I will call his recruiter in the morning.  Thanks for sharing

Please check out the info I posted above and join those groups as well.  You should also make at least changes 1, 2, and 4 in OPSEC and PERSEC (Making Changes To Your Profile).

My son also left on the 27th, from Maryland. I do okay if I am not home alone or in the car alone. I get to work with blood shot eyes a lot lately. I wonder what the people at work think?? lol I have been trying to get a hold of his recruiter via email and text but she has not responded. I cant wait to know the official date of graduation, so I can start a real countdown.
