Keep checking PIR 11/15/2013 TG 01 (clickable link) and join when it is up. I also invite you to join Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) and to check out the Pages (found under the pictures

Hi Joyce, My son Brendon is also on ship 13 (div 422)...I just hear from him Saturday a.m. and I'm still on cloud 9! Just hearing his voice meant the world. I think everyone was worried cuz I would walk by his room and burst into tears or just burst into tears.... but I feel so much better! He got promoted to Medical Yeomen and seems very happy with his decision to join..... Does anyone know if its possible for our recruits to change the name on a pass for graduation? My son's dad can't fly out due to illness.

marysut381, Your SR has not submitted the names for the Access List yet. He will do that 10 to 14 days before PIR. Write to him and let him know the names of the people who will be able to attend and are planning to go to GL for PIR.

See Recruit Petty Officer Positions for more on RMYN.

DeniseK, it is possible to get the address from the recruiter, but best not to mail any letters before getting the form letter. Some with recruits who arrived on the 16th received the form letter today, so your form letter should be to coming soon. It is very likely that your SR will be in the 11/15/2013 TG.
