Effective Immediately:

New Sailors reporting to TSC GL from RTC after PIR will no longer have overnight liberty, they will be in Phase 1 and treated as such; with the exception they can leave the base only if their family is here and they must have approval from the Barracks LCPO.  They MUST return to the base and barracks EVERY night at the time told to them by their COC in the barracks.

No overnights no exceptions.

This policy will start 11 March 2011

An actual employee from GL even verified this infomation, AND they posted after APR 17th, grads will be going to San Antonio instead (From the RDC on FB). Need a letter from him so I know some details!

I don't know, I think it's only valid for HM's though from info I have gathered from RDC and others in a similar boat, I am waiting on a letter, still no word, to let me know what the deal is. Only your recruit can tell ya if they are a "grad & go" student, and if they are they won't get the whole weekend unless they get special permission and even then it is not guaranteed :( Fingers Crossed!
