Hello Moms of PIR 2/28/14...Div 092, and other Divisions,
This is a FYI, I am not sure if most of you know that the (Facebook) page of the U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command has a wonderful page of tons of Division pictures of our kids in boot camp. How they post these is they throw out Trivia Tuesday questions, and the first one to guess it wins a published picture of a desired Division.I was fortunate to get a glimpse of my son,He is in Ship 14 Div. 092, so any Moms of this Div. Go look at it, you'll look at it over and over again as I have done. It's heartwarming :), and you Moms of other divisions, and Moms of Post graduates ,there are lots of pictures there.Go on and look, it will give you all peace of mind! Congrats to all our Amazing Kids!
I have also posted the picture in the PIR group for 02/28 in the 092 division discussion.
I didn't know about this. My daughter is on your son's ship. I'm going to look it up on FB now! THANKS for the heads up - even though I didn't see this until late!
Another question - are we allowed to share the photos from the page?
DebW, yes, you can share those photos because they are in the public domain. Don't identify which particular recruit is yours to increase PERSEC when posting in a public forum.
That's why I asked. THANKS! We can't get to PIR - her DH and kids get to use the tickets, dang them! LOL I will be watching it on the computer, though!
