I'm looking for anyone who has a child in this Division.  Thought it would be nice to keep up with each other.  It's week 2 starting today.  It's been the longest 7 days of my life.  I've kept myself busy but it sure has been a roller coaster of emotion.  There are days I wake up anxious and days I'm so busy I almost forget.... well not forget but I hope you know what I mean.  I'm also so very proud of and excited for my son, more so than sad.  Hope there's more of you out there.  LOL

Boy do I hear you....we're just ending week two and it feels like the whole 9 weeks!  We got his "box" and the form letter so far.  I'm so excited that he should be calling by weeks end...I hope.  I try to keep busy, but with all this snow, we keep having days off from school and I have too much down time!  Hang in there, and all the best to you and your sailor.

We just got his form letter yesterday and his box last week.  The form letter left me wanting to hear more.  LOL It's packed full of information but I wanted more from my son.  :)  I read the paragraphs with his writing first and then went back to read the whole letter.  Silly, but it was comforting to see his writing.  I'm so excited but at the end of it said out loud, "tell me more."  I can't wait to hear from him.

I love this website....  when everyone else who has never gone through this says "it's going to be alright" it sounds different when everyone in here says "it's going to be alright."  It's just different somehow.

My son is in the same Div has yours I have not heard from him yet but his girlfriend received letters today so hopefully I will soon. The PIR date is the 11 of Mar but don't know anything else yet. It is good to know that mail has started going out. My son told his GF he has not gotten any of the letters we have sent so far.

My son is also in this division and I received a letter from him on Thursday.  Now would love to have a phone call.
