Weekly Carepackage for Sailor.

[Brechs]

In an effort to remain connected to Sailor. I want to keep my heart strings from getting crossed and send him weekly "packages". I figure posting it some place weekly will help ensure my mental commitment I made to myself. (To do this for Sailor, and to do this because it means a lot to him.) Also hoping to gain more ideas of what to include on future packages. So if you have some additional ideas, Please share.:

Pkg. 01 Contents:
- CD - typical, yet fitting. Complete with hand-bound homemade booklet with song titles, artist, and explanation on why I included each song on his cd titled: (His Copy). I have (My Copy) in my car. It's one way that actually probably works best for me to stay connected....thus far.
- Black wooden simple frame of photo taken with my blackberry. (The fuzziness adds to it.)
- A mix of Crystal Lights & Hawaiian Punch single additives to bottled water.
- A card.

Pkg. 02 Contents:
- Single Easy Mac-n-Cheese & Hamburger Helper - qty: 6
- Wrigley's Gum
- Punching balloons pack
- Beef Sticks
- Sun Tan Lotion
- Germ-X
- Travel Size Q-tip case w/ Cotton Swabs
- Star Wars Lego - Some mini ship/droid with guns and dude.
- Strawberry Pop Tarts
- Flushible toilet wipes.

- Chap Stix - The black kind, it seemed more "manly", and sun burns lips.

Pkg. 03 Contents:
- Super rubber balls - 3pk. (They appear to be extra bouncy-type)
- Various puzzle books. (Sudoku, Crosswords, Wordsearch)
- A home-made "embelished" pillow case, complete with scent, novice embroidery work, and fabric picture.
- Roach Scare - A cheap trick kit including cockroach and retractable controller.

Pkg. 04 Contents:
- Paddle Ball with motion activated lighted bouncing ball
- Mini First- Aid Kit )
- Several funny Birthday Cards, Thank You cards, Thinking of You, & Blank Cards - For his use (not to me) .

Pkg. 06 Contents:
- Some Gatorade Pack with Water Bottle and Drink Flavors
- H2O flavor packets - All different kinds all containing strawberry.
- Cheapo Toys - Toy Soldiers, 5 Parachute Guys, Some gun that shoots little discs.
- Warm Delights - Microwavable dessert Carmel Chocolate gooey goodness.
- Dr Scholl's comfy shoe/boot inserts
- Gummy Bears
- Power Energy Bars
- Returning his t-shirt so he can return it with his scent.

Pkg. 07 Contents:
- 3 dozen of homemade chocolate chip cookies. I affectionately named "Victory Cookies".
- Prepackaged football shaped brownies.
- Plastic dart board with darts
- Strawberry Puffs
- Boston Baked Beans
- Strawberry Cereal Bars

Pkg. 09 Contents:
- Cinnabun bars
- Special K Strawberry Bars
- Cheetos Crackers and Cheese

- Photo album of his two puppies back home. Even teamed up with his mum to get the fresh photos. Complete with thoughts bubble and heart stickers.
- Box of prepackaged mini donuts

Pkg. 10 Contents:
- Microwavable popcorn - extra butta.
- Butter seasoning salt
- Twizzler Cherry Bites
- Sour Gummy Worms
- Oreos - Football shaped.
- DVD - The Score.
- Warm Delights - Chocolate Chip.
- Returning one of his tees
- Sending one of my scent drenched tees.

Pkg. 11 Contents:
- Frankenstein Mask
- A tube of fake blood
- Plastic Fangs.
- Frankenstein candy basket / tote plump full of his favorite candies
- 3 CDs - 2 of which were songs he requested I make a copy for myself, and 1 I made for him (complete with explanation doodle booklet)
- Toy: Launch Airplane Flinger flight thingy.

Pkg. 12 Contents:
- 2 Boxers - one with weaner dog print & one with toy robot print
- Axe Shower gel - with two shower puffs
- Scooby Snacks - A mix of Salted cashews, Honey roasted peanuts, salted sunflowers seeds, chocolate M&Ms, dried berries, & candy corn.
- Extra baggies to share Scooby Snacks - it made a boat load.
- Toothbrush
- Black cotton work stockings
- A card.

Pkg. 13 Contents:
- A Dominoes set.
- Compact air blower thing.
- Honey buns
- Summer beef sausage & Ritz crackers
- Folgers - Hazelnut
- Frito's Southwest Black Bean dip and Jalapeno Cheddar dip
- Strawberry cereal bars
- Small Baby Magic lotion - a personal favorite.
- Shredded crayon fragments and Wisconsin fall leaves ironed, pressed and melted between two pieces of wax paper x2. Poems written on them:

- A personalized stocking with Sailor's name stuffed with stuffers
- A mini bag of coal with a note "Can't wait to be naughty with you."
- A 5.5 ft tree made with construction paper with lights. To be hung against chu wall.
- 15 homemade construction paper ornaments and a star to top it off.
- Shutterfly book of our 1st few dates.
- Returning one of his t-shirts to circle back my way drenched with his intoxicating scent.

Pkg. 18 Contents:
- CD - Christmas songs. T'is the season and they make a remarkable number of "missing you" type songs. Favorite being: Merry Christmas Darling by The Carpenters
- Mini Chip Ahoys / Mini Ritz Bitz Cheese / Mini Honey Teddy Grahams - To-Go Size.
- M&M Pretzels.
- Kisses - one very large size and several small ones.
- Farkle
- Picture snow globe.
- An envelope with 25 small quotes / words of encouragement / sailor jokes
- A card.

@JessicaB - He's been gone a long time.

 

@Denise - Nope, but did put it in a Word document to keep track. It's been helpful, I can't tell you the number of times I nearly purchased the same things multiple times because I couldn't remember if the item I was looking to send was an idea I had to send - or if I had already sent it.

 

Definitely open to additional ideas. As sailor has many weeks left. :(
