What can I expect, my daughter graduates from bootcamp...

tomorrow. She stays in Great Lakes for a few more weeks but then is assigned to DDG83 Howard. She was born in San Diego when I was stationed at North Island but I was never on a ship. What can I expect??

She went in with SeaPac were she can go in train in this field of like 6 jobs and decide later which one she will pick. Thank you so much for the website. I appreciate any help. Thank you again.

That is so funny to hear because she hates anything to do with the kitchen. But it is all good, it will build character. I love it. Thank you so much giving me some information makes me feel better about the ship duty. I was in the Navy 84 to 88 but I had land duty first and always felt lucky for that. But the best thing is is that I was stationed at NASNI, San Diego and that is where Kaela was born. So while they are docked she will be able to see things that we have talked about in San Diego.
