Hi
My son is in the same unit and no no calls since last weekend. He did say that he did not know when they would get to call again and that it might be a couple of weeks. Hang in there...no news is good news!

Hi Martina, I'm sorry I didn't see your message until today - how are you doing? do you want to meet for lunch next week sometime? I put a message out on the MT board to see if we can get a group from this area together, love to chat and share!

Hi, yes he did mention the division is having a hard time coming together with and a lo of it has to do with many not knowing when to be quite and follow directions. But they are getting it together. The letters were amazing cause it was a sign that their mail issue is finally fixed!  It is about them, I am just glad to finally hear something.

i thought it was funny about the younger recruits not shutting up because Scott said the same thing , not that they were younger but that they just dont know how to be quit and it is pissing him off lol and Scott is probably one of the young ones but has a very old soul lol and he was even upset with the ones that keep talking , he said they will figure it out sooner or later , I don't think i will be at the meet and great because Thursday night my other son graduates from the St Louis police academy at 8 and then i have to drive to Chicago straight from there to be at Scotts graduation in the a, m boy i think i will be pulling an all nighter so just look for the lady who looks like a tired mess lol

Thank you so much! That is such relief!! I have gathered that they were sent home do to medical issues. That is very disappointing I am sure. Praying our boys make it through. Come on Sept. 17! Thanks again and have a great day. Hope for letters and calls this week. :)

Hi Martina,
My sons name is scott, he has met navy wifes husband in there , i asked about a few others but they didn't ring a bell, During his phone call he said there are like 85 in his division so he doesn't know everyone, , he too said he will be calling on Tuesday, so again my cell phone will be in my bra lol. what is your sons name ?or husband I get so confused on here sometimes, lol he too said they earned the extra TIME to call on saturday by scoring higher then their brother division on their test said that the division is doing really well, He said that he was having so much fun ,it was easier then he thought and the food is great, even gained a few pounds , which is all I needed to hear to feel better, Said that there has been a problem with their division sending mail out since processing but we should get some this week , but he has gotten every letter we have sent him, he said mail out takes about 4 days , so I am hoping on thursday lol, what else did you find out in your phone call, . please keep in touch

Hi Martina,

No letters yet! Actually, I would love to know he's getting to sleep and not staying up late to write to me....I know he's writing to his wife and that makes me happy! My son is from CA originally and recently from MN. I look forward to meeting all the wonderful moms and wives! Take care!
