His letters have all been good but he doesnt want me to worry so his not going to give to much info. I get more info from N4M website. He just wants to no what we are doing. Why is it that I can whip out a 25 page research paper without any problems and minimal editing, but I cannot write a short comment on this site that makes any sense? My writing may get me mistaken for a 17 year old girlfriend instead of an older, ahem... I mean wiser mother.

Wicked sense of humor huh, then he must be getting along beautifully with my boys. I know my boys will be in South Carolina for A school, just don't know the rating yet. Hope they got what they wanted. They both signed up as nukes, but I am not so sure how different the A school ratings are, they only have 3 to choose from and from what I've read, it seems like they need to know a little about each job anyways.
Do you know where your son will go to A school? Hopefully somewhere nice to visit! My husband was stationed in SC about an hour from where the boys will be, so they have some school friends nearby and we will have friends to visit when we go there. I think they will be there at least a year, and then 6more months there or in VA. What an incredible journey we have just embarked on.

Hi Elaine, now I'm really confused. I got a letter today from my oldest, he is the lead yeoman for our division, so he gets really busy and doesn't write much. His few short lines said it was Tuesday (3-1) aug 31st, the chief had granted them 25 min every tuesday and thurs to write, (so we should hear from them more often). The said tomorrow (wed) is a big day 3-2 = qualification. He will find out what A school he will go to. Hes trying for ET. Thats it. Thats all he wrote. Nothing negative there. Got my questionaries back as well. No real negatives there except the younger one thought the div was at 6/10 and the older kid rated it at 2/6, so the oldest thinks they are not working to well as a division. I do not think they will set the whole division back, they are scare tactics. What is your kid going for?
