So great to see you at graduation
AliciaG, Great one of your family
AliciaG, here are those great pics of you
These are great pictures. I love the one with you holding his face close to yours. He looks so happy and so do you. It looks like you have a very special relationship. Oh, what we can tell from pictures. I have a picture at MEPS just like yours. Won't it be good to get your hands on his face again!!
I agree!!!! It was great to chat. It is incredible how much are SR's are alike. I prayed for all the SR's this morning. We will definitely keep in touch. Have a great weekend. Only two more weeks to go. Where are you staying when you go up there?
I am glad you were able to have that time with friends. It is great to have people around you who truly care . I wrote to my Chris last evening and told him about you and your son. I look forward to our connection. Fortunately, we should be getting our of class within the next 30 minutes. This is brutal. I bought a aromatherapy message at the Safety Harbor Spa for cheap and plan on calling today for my appointment ...haven't done that for years:)
I dont know if you ever got my message sometimes when I answer from my iphone for whatever reason messages dont always go through, but I did respond that it would be great to talk when you get home this evening. Anyways, I just wanted to ensure that you knew I wanted to chat at some point...I think it would be great to have a Navy Mom around the corner (so to speak)...thanks for finding me and we will talk soon :)
Alicia, How awesome to have a local friend becoming a sailor together. My cell phone is 727-505-4979. I am a teacher and am currently in an ESOL class this week and next. Generally am home by 6. Love your photos...When is your Christopher's PIR? It is interesting that they are in the same ship but different Div
Hi Alicia,
Yes, My Christopher went to college. He graduated with a business degree, but nothing happening in is field. He is older, 25 years old, so he is really ready to get to work on his future. He had considered military when he graduated high school, but he decided to go to college. I think this was the right decision for him. In order to keep focused, I am now looking forward to the PIR and looking for flights and hotels. If you get any good info on these, let me know. I hope you have a good week, and try not to count the days. I know its hard, because I am doing it. I think, one day at a time is a good plan. And plenty of distractions.
