While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!
Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

I am a novice when it comes to anything Navy. I have had a couple of discussions with my daughter's recruiters, and have a positive feeling about the Navy at this point. I believe that this may be really good experience for her.
Our Navy experience so far...

I am about the same as you are! Just day by day and hoping for a letter and/or phone call from Justin soon. I am sure they are both doing well and staying strong but as moms we just need that confirmation and to hear that they are ok. :) It seems other Divisions are getting to call home already so I am wondering why ours hasen't been able to... Soon enough I guess! Hope you are hanging in there and glad our SR's are in the same Division also!
