OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Hey, when you write Brandon. My sons name is Stephen. That's what his recruiting officer calls him. Stephen is his first name. Brandon may not know him as Alex.

Hey, I wrote Alex this morning. I told him about us being friends. Hopefully him and Brandon have become friends too. I told him to tell Brandon that you miss him and are looking forward to hearing from him too. Well. I am off to work now. Have a good day!

I know what you mean. My girl always jumped in the car to go shopping with me. It was all I could do to get through the grocery store tonight without losing it.
