"How sweet your words taste to me; they are sweeter than honey” (Psalm 119:103 )

“Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God” (Matthew 4:4).

Restore us, O God; make your face shine upon us, that we may be saved.  Psalm 80:3

God, I get bombarded by so many different voices and directions clamoring for my attention. Keep me focused on your timeless love and the truth of your Word. Feed me Lord

How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! 1 John 3:1

“Be humble and give more honor to others than to yourselves” (Philippians 2:3 NCV).

“Be humble and give more honor to others than to yourselves . . . You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had. Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to” (Philippians 2:3, 5-6 NCV/NLT).

Proverbs 16:18 says, “Pride leads to destruction; a proud attitude brings ruin” (NCV)

1 Peter 3:8, “Everyone must live in harmony, be sympathetic, love each other, have compassion, and be humble” (GW).

Ephesians 4:23-24 says, “Let the Spirit change your way of thinking and make you into a new person” (CEV).

Father may I Always remember to give credit where credit is due.  I wish to build others up never to hurt or stomp them down.  May I always give credit to You for all that I am, say or do.  Thank You Father for letting me be your instrument. Giving Glory to you oh Lord. Amen

"Within your temple, O God, we meditate on your unfailing love. Like your name, O God, your praise reaches to the ends of the earth; your right hand reaches to the ends of the earth; your right hand is filled with righteousness."  Psalm 48: 9,10

"For this God is our God for ever and ever; he will be our guide even to the end." Psalm 48:14

Praying for recruits, sailors and their families on this day of worship to our Lord that all might know the peace, protection and power of His holy name -  May His praise reach to the ends of the earth!

“The joy of the Lord is your strength.”  Nehemiah 8:10

"Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you?"  1 Corinthians 3:16

God,  Refresh me with your joy as I focus on all the good gifts and many blessing you give me each day. Father, thank you for living inside of me. Help me to honor you in my body, my mind, and my heart by choosing the best way available to me. May Your Spirit shine though me in my words and deeds. Through Christ Your Son Amen

“The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”
1 Samuel 16:7

Lord, I love you so much and can never repay you for the amazing gift of grace you have given me through Christ’s death. Thank you for loving me today and every day.  Thank you for Life!

I hope you all have had a blessed Easter Day worshipping our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for his great sacrifice and resurrection for us - Hallelujah!  We got a txt from our sailor this morning that he was thanking God for the scripture in Matthew about He is risen and is our living Hope.  Really that is all that matters in this life and I praise God for revealing this to our son as he trusts in Him to help him in what he is doing through the Navy.  Love and prayers to all in this group and continuing prayers for all of our recruits and sailors.  Thank you!
