I don’t have any information as my son has not left yet, but my heart breaks for you to get such an upsetting letter. I will pray that your son will be ok and you will have better news soon. Good luck!
I’m so sorry ! Hang in there , he will be okay . Sometimes things get exaggerated due to high emotions and also because the environment is so different from what they are used to .

I’ll say a prayer . Stay strong

So sorry that you received such an upsetting letter, here is the info for ship 4.

Ship 4 houses both integrated and all male divisions. Ship 4 is also the RCU-Recruit Convalescent Unit-where sick or injured recruits go to heal and be cycled back into another TG. (See Recruit Convalescent Unit (RCU) and join RCU SHIP 04 DIV 741 for more information.)

Prayers sent to you and your recruit.

Evelyn, though I can't not offer any advice, just wanted to say wishing your son the best.  It sounds like he just got moved and everything is okay.  Please keep us updated.  Hugs, Tammy

In a regular div now - 056

Evelyn-- I know it's upsetting however, He has NOT called home to say he's being sent home so All is Still well!!  When you write back, remind him that part of BC is a mind game!  They will say or do a lot to stress them out to see if they will break. IF he was being sent home he would know it and he would call home.  As you have been told, Ship 4 is for both the RCU (That would be the DIV) and for integrated Male/ Female units.  Breathe and know that the first letters home are often stressful.  They are being constantly yelled at and told they cannot do anything right (Even if it's right it's wrong...) It will get better eventually!  The key is to keep at it and do his best! You will be ok! And so will your son!

Another letter came today ! He’s back in a regular training division - 056 . So happy . Thank you for your thoughts

That is great news Evelyn.  Do you know his PIR yet?

Great news Evelyn!  If he's in TG 056 then that is 1/24/20 PIR.  Here's the link for you to join that PIR group:
