Hi,
Well first off hope everyone is doing well, prayers and blessings to all the moms on here. I got my letter today, so now I can start sending my letters. Also, my husband is a jr. Do we need to list that on the RTC Guest Security Access Form and if so do I just write it after the last name?

Hi,

We did not have an Access Form at my son's PIR, but since no one has responded, I thought I would share this. Usually on forms, they offer a place for a suffix like Jr. Sr., etc, but if not, I think you put a comma after the last name and then write Jr.  (last name, Jr. ) I would definitely list it and maybe even make a note if possible, especially if there is any concern between information that might be gathered for Sr. versus Jr.

Also, glad to hear your form letter arrived, I am sure you have been off to the PO with your letters already!

Thank you

If your husband's ID has Jr on it then you need to include it on the access form. If he is not listed as a Jr on his ID (the one he wll be using) I would not included it. They used to be a little lenient on those kind of things at the gate, but they have become stricter. Names on access form should equal name on ID that will be used.

Ellen0502, thank you!!
