Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hello everyone, CaliProudMom how are you ladies doing? Graduation is still set for Mar 19th. I have already booked my ticket and hotel. If anything changes,I'll just have to reschedule. I recieved 2 letters last Thursday then got a phone call later that day. he sounded tired but good. pink7(Proudmom of a sailor) thanks for the info about my 9 yr old, I am going to bring him with me, because it is spring break week. Keep me informed of the get together at the Ramada or whereever on Mar18th. I'll be there on the 18th thru the 21st.

hey there Trinex2010! I beleive that there may be a meet and greet at the Ramada the night before Grad. You may want to find out who all will be showing up for that. I will be staying with my cousin that lives 30 min away...but if i can i would love to meet up earlier.. Keep me in the loop also. :)

Thank you ladies for the info on my 9yr old going to grad. I got my letter yesterday and the box with my sons things on Tuesday. Now I am trying to figure out which hotel I want to stay in for grad on the 19th. So many choices can anyone reccommend a good hotel close to grad. My son is on (Ship 9 Div 127). I can't wait to see him.

BC is 8 weeks long, but if there is things that they dont pass, then it may be a bit longer. Hang in there!!!
