Hi Denyse! I definitely wanted to say hello because I don't meet too many people with our name spelled in such a unique way!

Denyse P.,

I see you recently joined the Moms of Daughters 2 group and I want to welcome you!! I'm glad you found us. So it looks like you have a daughter that just graduated from bootcamp? And you have a son serving? Please drop in and join the conversations on our group page. We are a friendly, caring group of moms who have daughters in all stages of Navy life - from newbies to those whose daughters have been in for several years - from officer to enlisted!!! We support all our sailor girls and each other as well. Not just during the bootcamp days but the weeks and months following, as they go off to school, first duty station, or first deployment. I'm sure you will have some important insight to share with our new moms.  I also have a daughter and son currently serving and a daughter who is a veteran!!  We look forward to getting to know you and your sailor!! Again, Welcome Aboard!!!!

You are very welcome.

I can help you find groups for your Sailors' ratings and/or duty station. Let me know.

Do you now have two Sailors? Is your recently graduated Sailor still in "A" School or training, if so, what is your Sailor's rating (job/specialty) or field going to be? There are groups for most ratings and/or "A" Schools.

What is your Sailor's rating (job/specialty) and/or where is he stationed (what vessel, if one)? There may be groups I can direct you to.
