Thank you so much for your feedback !! That really helped. It's nice to hear it from someone who works in that industry, that makes me take your advice more thoughtfully. Thank you. :)
hey thanks girl! i'm hanging in there....hoping that when i get home today there's a letter in my mail box....i'll let you know! you're so lucky! well at least we know it's starting finally - real contact! LOL....now you can always stalk the mailbox for more!
yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh woo hoo. I just told my youngest daughter we need to be checking the mail b/c we may be getting a letter soon.
Hey...my fiance is going to Pensacola FL for A school. He'll be there for about 4 months I believe. He entered boot camp as an E3, because he has a 4 year college degree and his job is an aviation specialist. I believe that's the title. And yea, flights were crazy. At least you have a bit shorter ride than me! I dread it...but then again...it's exciting to know I'll be driving to see him :)
Me too. You have to forgive me I am trying to figure out this forum. LOL I am use to FB. Look forward to meeting you at PIR. :-)
Oh cool! I'm a few hours from Pitts. I'm near Philadelphia. My drive will be a lovely 11.5 hours. I was looking at roundtrip flights and they're so expensive! Oh well, it will be so worth the long agonizing trip lol. I'm very excited myself. The longer time apart it gets a bit harder...sometimes sad, but I'm trying to put into perspective that it's only time that puts us more closer to PIR. We def gotta meet up there :) I can't wait to see our handsome sailors!!
Hey that's so cool! I didn't realize that! What part of PA are you from? Your husband is graduating the same day as my fiance I assume? We def have plenty in common so keep in touch. I'm looking forward to week three....hopefully we get some letters or a random call would be wonderful. How have you been holding up since he left?
I was reading more of your comment and your husband and my daughter or both in 367 div. I am glad to be able to talk to other people who are going through the same feelings that I am. I am still in what I call mommy withdraws. I miss her a lot but i know she doing a great thing. Is there any pointers that you can give me to help not miss her so much thanks lisabeth
