Carmen,

Wow. You're the best. Thank you for getting all that information for me! Yes, Anthony and I have discussed the list of the names for the tickets which he explained me to me in past letters. I am actually waiting on a response from him to find out whether or not he is changing the names. I want nothing more then to see him graduate but I don't want to cause any problems with his father. Something that he needs to discuss with his father.

I cannot find the Facebook page for the US Navy Recruit Training Command. Could you, by any chance send me the link to the page if that wasn't too much trouble for you? I have been dying to see this picture but can't find it anywhere!!

I giggled out loud when I read the 2012 comment you posted!! I still write "2011", so don't feel bad. I myself, cannot get used to this new year either! Haha!

Carmen,

Wow!! Your relationship and story is absolutely beautiful and allows me to have more faith in mine. I am very young still, only 18, but I've been with my boyfriend for a while which helps me believe we will be okay. It is very tough and even tougher because I won't be there at graduation to support him.

I'm hoping that everyone gets into graduation without any problems, I'll be crossing my fingers! Do you know if there is anyway I could possibly get another ticket? My boyfriend told me in one of his letters that chances are no, but I'm still hoping for some luck. This website is so much more helpful then I imagined. I actually found out about this website from my boyfriend. He told me that his division got an award and a picture of their whole division will be posted soon. Have you seen the picture yet? I have been checking everyday but cannot find it.

I am hoping that the weather pulls through and isn't too bad for traveling. I hope it allows you and your family to get to Illinois safetly. Your family will be in my prayers. How was the Chinese New Year Party? Must have been fun!!

Hi Carmen!!

It was so nice hearing from someone, you're the first person I have come into contact with while on this website. Yes, as you already know it is extremely hard but I'm pleasantly surprised on how quickly Boot Camp is going. Unfortunately, I will not be at graduation. My boyfriend's fathers new girlfriend took my ticket, therefore I will no longer be attending graduation which is even harder on me. I am hoping that I can somehow get my ticket back but as of now I am looking forward to seeing pictures and videos from graduation. I'm more then happy to say we are almost done!! Can't wait to see my boyfriend. How is your son/daughter doing over there!?
