OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Please note! Changes to this guide happened in October 2017. There are now tickets issued, and there are no longer parking passes for PIR.

Please see changes to attending PIR in the PAGES column. The PAGES are located under the member icons on the right side.

I just received a call from my daughter. We talked for about 20 minutes. She's on limited duty for leg pain. She's taken the swimming test 4 times and haven't passed yet. Please pray for her. Thank You.

Prayers for her and you as you wait.

Is she with her division or in FIT?

Check your My Page.

I'm not sure. She has to go to Medical on Monday.

Keep us informed.

Prayers continue for a good outcome.

Hello Just wanted to say Hi, and let you know I will say a prayer for your Daughter. My Son is there at Boot Camp as well, I spoke to him and he informed me that he has to take remedial swimming lessons. I pray that they will both do well so they can accomplish what they set out to do!

Thank you and I'll pray for your son as well!

Many kind thoughts for your daughter.

Thank You very much

I believe in your son and know that he can do this; many wonderful thoughts going out to both of you.

Thank You very much.

I have faith and believe he will do well; perhaps the extra training will be just the little extra "oomph" he needs. I am sure he will do fantastic!

Thank You I sure hope so. I’m sending prayers up everyday not just for my Son but for all of the young men and women that are on this journey.
Prayers sent!
