My son is still in A school finishing up and getting ready to report to Rhode Island in the next few weeks.

Hi BryansMom, has your nephew already had his audition for the Navy Band? My daughter played in 7 or 8 different countries last fall and she said it was amazing, no matter what the language, people enjoyed the music. Music is the language of the world :) Where is your son deployed? My daughter is with the Seventh Fleet Band in Japan.

My nephew is in Boot Camp and will be joining the Navy Band wherever a guitarist is needed. He plans to bring peace nad harmony to the world one guitar solo at a time.!! P.S. my son is also in the Navy currently deployed.

My daughter is lead vocals in this band and other venues as well. She also plays keyboard/piano, guitar and flute. Prior to enlistment she was professional. I can't speak for the others, but can say they are a very tight group and much fun ! Big smile here.

They are all very accomplished musicians. Most, including my daughter, are in their 30's... she turned 33 this month. I had the priviledge of hearing them rehearse 2 wks ago.... just awesome! really ! I'm not sure on the MU3 regis. Your son should check.

wow, Southeast Pride sounds like a fun band to be in. I wonder if MU3 Register is still there. Incredible piano and vocals. Very genuine person too. Best wishes to your daughter.

I'm proud to be a Navy Mom. My daughter, Brooke, is now stationed closer to us in W. Palm Beach, FL. She's now in Jacksonville. Shown in the picture is the Navy Rock Band "Southeast Pride". I spent a long weekend with her recently after her stays in Great Lakes, San Antonio and Norfolk. Life is good!
Thanks to all the Mom's for being here... it's great comfort.
