OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Please note! Changes to this guide happened in October 2017. There are now tickets issued, and there are no longer parking passes for PIR.

Please see changes to attending PIR in the PAGES column. The PAGES are located under the member icons on the right side.

Hi Pat,

The law firm I work out would like to send donations to this group.  I have sent an email to you the other day.

What kind of socks? Crew socks? Or some other style? Thanks!

Crew socks, please.

Mom and I are in we have pillowcases if you need them and I picked up a case of sunflower seeds more than enough for all to have some. Also have shampoo and body wash

Wonderful! Let me send a message to Kim and see how many pillowcases we need!!!

How many pillowcases would you like to send? Only 10 have been promised so just let me know! Thank you!

Kim I think I have about 15 / 20 that are done.We are working on another 5 that should be done by the weekend. We do some every day. It makes mom happy to be helping. I can do 20 if you need more or less let me know

I'll put you down for 20! Thank you and your mom for always supporting our heroes!

How is the pillowcase count coming along? I can send 4-5 if needed.
I just had the last 5 promised on Facebook. We have a big adoption coming up and we will need some for that!

I have 26 boxes ready to be shipped to the USS Carter Hall.  Snacks, coffee, toiletries, mac & cheese.

A  big thank you to the Connecticut  Girl Scout Council for donating 12 cases of cookies.
