My son arrived at DN today as well. Last I heard from him, he was at Norfolk waiting. I am assuming that he is there by now.

She was at the airport at 230 this morning for a 2pm flight. Then several hours at Norfolk waiting for a ride to base. Said that there wasn't much to do but doze on and off.

Hi JM! Glad to see Aub made it to Dam Neck safely. Josh got there Saturday, but he is on hold unfortunately. I asked him today if there was any word as to when he'll start class and he said no. I'm assuming she isn't in his class then. Like Anna mentioned below, Josh is already bored out of his mind waiting. He wants to get moving and he said it's really strange after going through the last 8 weeks and now nothing to do!

JM,
That is good that she won't have to be on hold!! Chris was on hold both before A school and before C school and he didn't like it much. Not only do they just have a bunch of "make work" but it makes time go by so s-l-o-w-l-y!!! He is not one to sit around and collect dust and wanted to get started, get finished, and get on to the next stage!!! The first holiday is always the toughest!!!
By the way - I loved her picture with Puffy!!!
