Chris also left the 16th, I haven't heard anything either. I'm not expecting anything until the 28th, earliest. If it wasn't for Christmas and Christmas Eve, both of which slow the mail or eliminate delivery, I'd expect something Thursday or Friday.…
JnRene.....my son's voice was the same....I'd like to think he was just tired, but I'm worried. They could at least give us a full minute....I'm missing Drew like crazy! Where did you son ship from?
All 4 of our cats have been in Drew's room since he left. I'm not sure if it's because they miss him or because they have his bed all to themselves!! LOL!
Lkarmick....what day did Michael leave??? My son Drew left on the 16th and I've yet to hear anything other than that VERY brief call....
that sounds reasonable,,,,I wish I could talk to him a little bit more, just for reassurance because his voice was a little shakey when I got his 10 sec call~~~
Poor kitty. You just can't explain to them.

My son Josh is station at Bremington Dry Dock. He has been in the Navy just a bit over two years. He is on the USS PENN. He is with Fire Control.
I have another son with the USS. ABRAHAM LINCOLN. Both my sons had duty yesterday. They are being invited to another Sailor's house for Thanks Giving.
I miss all of my military children.
I think it is hard being a military mom sometimes.
