Awesome! Thanks for all the info! It makes me so happy to know that he probably has my letters :) His letters were definitely "bummed-out", so I hope everything I wrote brought a smile to his face <3
I still haven't gotten another call, so I'm definitely hoping it will come this weekend! :)
Thanks again and keep me posted!
Yay! Did he say when they got the letters?!
Yeah, I just got E.I.G.H.T. letters today! The first three were tear-stained...poor thing. I miss him like crazy! But it helped me so much to be able to know how he's been. I have a feeling I'll be getting a call this weekend, so I'm looking forward to that! :)
Well congrats on the call and the letters! Are they only allowed to mail letters once a week? He wrote me 8 times, but didn't send them until this past Sundays, so I wasn't sure if I should only expect one letter a week.
I have a really good feeling that we'll be getting letters this week...I'm just hoping that he has gotten MY letters...I've sent so many, it's stupid...haha :)
Let me know if you get anything and I'll do the same!
I love your new layout! Super cute! :)
And I got a call on Thursday!! It was around 10:30 p.m. our time (so I had basically given up hope for a call that day). The reception was SUPER bad so I couldnt' really tell from his voice how he was doing. They needed a copy of my SS card faxed, so he gave me the number and basically we spent the 3 minutes saying "Hello?" "What?" haha I don't care. I heard his voice and from what I could tell he's okay. He's alive, so that's what I'm REALLY happy about! :) And I could clearly hear, "I love you." So at least there was that :)
How are you doing?
Girl, I spent the last 4 hours making my page haha :)
I basically did the retro-myspace thing (I can't believe I put myspace and retro in the same sentence...crazyyy haha) and looked for navy wife layouts. Took the background part of the code and put it in the "Advanced" section of the Appearances part of My Page.
I can do all that, but can't figure out how to center my icon photo...haha How did you do THAT? :)
AHHHHH I am SOOOO happy for you! Seriously awesome! :) That's so cute that he cried <3 Mine cried during his swear-in oath. It was a really moving thing to see...
My phone is glued to me constantly, and is as loud as possible (which is fun during the entire night when I get update e-mails from N4M's-haha!)
Well lucky, lucky you! Congrats!
<3A
Still no letter..of course, there was yesterday and Sunday, so I'm just trying to be patient. I have a really good feeling that it's coming tomorrow...I'm really hoping! :)
I have 14 letters/cards all ready to go :)
I hope you're doing well! Let me know if you have any cures for insomnia...Usually I can sleep through a train wreck, but I'm lucky to get 5 straight hours that don't end in a nightmare :/ Terrible!
