OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Profile Information

A little about me:
I am married to a wonderful man. I am a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant and I love what I do. I have three children, two boys and one girl. It is my youngest son joining the Navy and I am very proud of him. I am very proud of all my children. I am excited to be a part of this community.
I am here to support my
Son/Daughter
Stage of (Sailor’s) Navy career?
Waiting to leave for Boot Camp
When I heard “Navy,” I...
Was proud and encouraged it
The Navy offers opportunities that...
I can only answer to what I have seen of the recruiters who have worked hard to help my son get into the Navy. There was an issue that needed attention and they worked hard to fix it. My son also worked hard preparing and he is now officially in the Navy. I thank all of them very much for their help.
Our Navy experience so far...
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

I would like to thank everyone who helped Support Operation Sunscreen and our Soldiers overseas. They appreciate so much receiving the Sunscreen and other products our Mary Kay Units send them.

For those who have forgotten, there is still time. Email robertajalbert@aol.com, send a check to Roberta Jalbert, 61 Sweeney Ct., El Sobrante, Ca 94803 or call 510-253-9828 and we can still get your donation in.

Thank you again for all your support!

In June/July my business (Mary Kay) and our unit members along with Soldiers Angels in Pasadena, provide soldiers around the world with a "Sunscreen Kit" which consists of Lip Protector 15 SPF, Sunscreen 50 SPF, and 30 count Facial Cleansing Cloths. For a 39.00 donation you will provide 1 soldier with his/her own kit. Donations are tax deductible and you will receive a receipt with the tax ID, name and address of Soldiers Angels and a Thank You letter. Please send your donation payable to Roberta Jalbert, 61 Sweeney Ct., El Sobrante, Ca 94803. Products will be shipped directly to Soldiers Angels in Pasadena who will distribute among the soldiers around the world. And to help meet our unit goal of 400 kits, we are matching every donation we receive. Thank you in advance for your support of our soldiers & protecting them while they protect us!
