22 hours from now I will be on a plane to Texas to see my fiance. I am so excited because I haven't seen him since her graduated from boot camp on Febrary 8th. I wasn't able to get a hotel on base till sunday so I staying right across the street. We are planning to get married down there but not sure if it is a possibility. since he was on hold for so long he still dont have liberty to leave base. He said they dont get special aporval to go off base for any reason. I am really nervous because he gets his orders on monday and I really want to be on them. Does anyone know how high our changes of getting married will be and if we dont how high they are to get on his orders after we do. I am so nervous for this whole thing but am trying to stay calm for my Sailor. He hates it when I get stressed :( Anyone able to help me?!?!

If he gets his orders on Monday, getting married now will not change them.  The detailer, who issues the orders, needs to get the notification of the marriage a few weeks in advance, not days.   Once orders are issued as unaccompanied, they rarely change them to accompanied.

The good news is if he gets stateside orders, you can move yourself anywhere in the US on your own dime.

He should have been able to go through quals by now since he's been there nearly 3 weeks, which will allow him to have off-base Liberty; he just has to be back to muster in the evening around 8:30 or 9.  If he gets to pick orders next week (some classes do get to pick in week 3 of classes and others don't get to do that until week 4), hopefully he will have a high enough score to be able to pick a place where you can join him.
