I am not sure if they have a youth pastor there, or if one of the guys in his division was a youth pastor. He didn't specify it, just that he had met him and really liked talking to him. It is helping my boyfriend out a lot, he said he really looks forward to Sunday's and going to church. That is good it is starting to get easier!! My first two weeks went by extremely slow, but tomorrow will be him being gone for 4 weeks, and I am almost on the 30 day count down!! I can't wait for A school, I know he will have to put a lot of pressure to do well, but I completely understand and will be thankful for everyday that I can talk to him!

Thats really great, Im glad that he looks forward to going to church. That will be just the motivation he needs. Youre lucky to be on 4 weeks, Im havent even hit the one week mark yet! Lol, but I know that I will be fine, it will get easier. I know the second month will fly by because by that time I will be going back to school, so I will be busy. But yeah, I hear if they do really well in their school they might get to choose where they go, so that will be wonderful! Im just looking forward to getting his letters and eventually hearing his voice again!

I feel like this next month will go by pretty fast, my older brother is getting married about a week and a half before we leave for PIR and we have a ton of family coming into town the entire week leading up to the wedding. Plus I will need to start buying things that I will need for school, along with working I think I will stay pretty busy. Do you plan on going to his graduation? My boyfriend told me the same thing about A school, he said that it all depends on how they placed overall in their class. Letters are the best and so are surprising phone calls!!

Yeah, you should be able to keep pretty busy. Time should go by very quickly for you! :) But yes, I plan to go to his graduation, I wouldn't miss it for the world! So we should make sure to encourage our SRs to do their absolute best in A school. Im hoping that my boyfriend will be stationed somewhere not to far. I am hoping for Charleston, SC since we are from Sumter SC, which is an hour and a half away! Keeping my fingers crossed for that one!

Finally I am able to get back on N4M!! My computer wasn't letting me on it the past few days.. I got more letters yesterday and he is now allowed to write on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday and mail will go out on all of those days as well! It sounds like he can receive my letters everyday also!! I always tell my SR that I know he will do his absolute best and work hard towards something he wants! That would be so nice if he was stationed close to you!! I live in Oregon, and unfortunately there is not a base in Oregon and the closest one is  several hours away. I will happy if we even get to be in the same time zone!!

That's awesome, so you will be able to get lettters more often from him! :) Its been a week today since my SR arrived at bootcamp and Im still hoping to get the address to send all my letters to. Nothing so far :/ I have a question. Do they only send one form letter to their parents or do they send letters to all those who will attend their graduation? Cause if its only one then maybe his parents have gotten some info already but just  havent had a chance to pass it on to me. But hopefully your SR wont be stationed too far away. Just make sure you encourage him to do his absolute best in A school so he will have a chance to pick the place closest to you! :)

They only send one letter and usually it goes to the parents. Even if it lets lost in the mail you have to wait to hear from your SR to really find out his graduation date and this password for parking or something. It also has his official address on the envelope it is sent in, have you talked to his recruiter at all yet? I definitely write him plenty of encouraging words in every letter! I'm up to letter 36 and tomorrow is 4-1 which will be the start of hell week. I got letters today and am looking forward to getting more on Friday!! I know that no matter how far away he is, we will make it through it whether we live together or not! Hopefully you get his address soon! Its not until the second Sunday that they receive letters, but I'm sure it won't take long to get to IL since you live closer to that state than I do.

Yeah I talked to his sister yesterday and asked iher if they had received anything. She said not yet, but that she would let me know as soon as they did. I'm really looking forward to sending off these letters, but I guess I just gotta be  patient lol. Wow 36 letters so far, thats a lol lol but I know he is so happy to get them and treasures every single one of them. And its very good that you feel that way about the distance between you guys. It definitely sucks, but as long as you guys love eachother and keep positive you will definitely make it through. I'm doing my best to stay positive and just pray that time goes by fast. But my letters are starting to pile up waiting for the address to come. Hopefully soon. I gotta make sure I have plenty of stamps! :)

Thats good you keep in contact with his family!! I know my boyfriend definitely had a lot to read, and I asked him if one a day was too many to read. He told me to keep sending letters, and that getting that much mail was a bragging right, so he was happy with all my letters!! After the first two weeks, you sort of get into a routine without him, then time starts to go by faster once you start receiving letters! I love getting one every other day now! I bought 100 stamps when I graduated high school for my announcements, thank you cards, and my letters to him. I am almost out!!! I'll definitely be needing to get more next week!

Lol wow! 100? But yeah, I already feel myself sorta settling into my routine. Its getting easier, although the last couple of days have been a little tougher than I thought. I was just missing him a lot yesterday and the day before and I got a little more emotional about it than I wanted to. I just couldnt stop crying all day really :/ Theres good days and bad days but its getting better I guess. Still looking forward to sending all these letters off, so my boyfriend can have bragging rights too! Lol
