So my sons recuriter told me about an app to write my son with. This app I am able to write him a letter and attach pictures. They will send him the info I supply and along with my letter he gets a return stamped envelope where he can write back. There is a fee but it was very easy and quick which was worth it to me. I have done some cards but loved I had another way to send my love and support. If you want to check it out here is the link! Let me know if the link doesn't work I wasn't 100% sure if i did it correct.
Have you heard of the Sandboxx military app? https://lynm.app.link/sandboxx-invite-text

Thank ypu SailorMom,
I'm going to check it out now!
I've never heard of this! Is this new? And does it actually work?!!
I had not either so I want to assume it's new but this is my first "military" experience. I sent my son a letter yesterday and it says it will be delivered in 2-3 days. I will see if he uses the the prepaid envelope to send me a letter back. My sons recuriter told me about it. She learned of it in a training. It looks like it was created my Veteran's.
I just signed up. It's worth a try for me. Thanks for the info!
You're welcome.
I thought so too (pricey)but I just did my second letter showing my son what he dog did to my bathroom wall! She ate it!
I signed up and sent my husband a letter! Like Theresa said, it's a but pricey but it's so convenient! Now he won't miss his baby's milestones since I can just send him a picture, thank you!!
Congrats Jessy! Yes I have been sending pictures of my sons dog and the damage they have done. I know he will think it's funny his mastiff ate my wall. I have sent two letters now and working on the third. He will get tired of me in no time!

Thank you for this information.  My son leaves for BC May 8th.

Good luck Karen. It's a process and journey. Glad we have each other to give info and support to. I don't know what I would do without these sites to give us info.

I agree SailorMom ~ so happy to be able to log in and get so much information/understanding.
