Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hello Everyone! It is my privilege to choose our March Group! First, though, I must extend hearty anniversary wishes to Navy for Moms.com! Yesterday I consulted with my "posse" who write letters and add to the boxes every month. They are ages 2 through 11. We looked at maps and anysailor. We are going to Kuwait this month. This is a Medivac unit who work 24/7 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. There are 25 males and 5 females. They come from Guam and SanDiego. They do have a refrigerator and a microwave.
