For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Packing Party time!
thank you Mary for contacting Carmela's and getting permission to use the outdoor patio area for Central Florida's Molly's Adopt A Sailor Holiday Packing Party!...Carmela's currently has a box hoping that patrons will donate items for our Troops!..As usually it is NOT necessary to BRING ANYTHING!!!..We need help PACKING..And ALL shipping is ALREADY PAID FOR by Molly's Adopt A Sailor, thanks to the Pepsi Refresh Grant!!!
We need help to fill out custom forms, write cards/letters, pack boxes, assembly boxes, address boxes-there is LOTS to do and we need all the hands we can get!!!
If you can bring items for our troops as always, think of what your own Sailor would want from HOME -while away over the Holiday Season. Also, we received a LARGE donation of hand made stockings, which need to be packed up! So your help is greatly appreciated!!!
As always, it will be fun!!!....

I'm sad to say I cant make it today. I was looking forward to it.
I am, however, going to send a few boxes of my own using the gas and toll money I would have spent driving up there. (Which is substantial since my big truck only gets 11.7 mpg) I hope you all get the help to send all your goodies. I know a Cape Sailor, and he along with his shipmates, will be most grateful.

Hi Ladies! I'm from Southeast Florida. I was hoping to get some moms from here to ride with me to the Jax party, but doesnt seem like that will happen. Can I come crash yours? I am much closer to you all. I have been collecting "slightly used" magazines and would love to bring them along.......One of my very best friends' son is on this ship, so I really want to help out in a personal way. Thanks!
