About me:
I worked for 18 yrs for USAirways. When it closed I opened my own ladies gym. Was able to keep it open for 3 years then the hurricanes hit us hard (we lost our home and had to have it re-built-you may have seen us our story on CNN) then closed the business. Then worked for 2 years for SunTrust until they downsized in Nov.08. Now I am a licensed insurance agent for Liberty Natl/United American. Our 3 beautiful kids are our world. Happy to be healthy and look forward to a better 2009.

From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
Educate ourselves on what Justin is doing. Keep in touch with him and keep in tuned to N4M as that has been one of the biggest support systems ever and I'm very happy to have found it!
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

Financing assistance from the Navy for their sailors

Does anybody know of where or whom to contact regarding help with obtaining a loan to buy a car? Our son has his own car but he wants to buy a new (used car) car that will require him to get a loan. He's only 19 so he has no credit history other than his auto insurance and his checking account. He applied online (since that's what his bank told him to do) and they immediately turned him down. Hi Jody,
How are you and your family doing? I am sorry to hear your job did not work out. I can't make the get together this Saturday, I just started working for Florida Hospital about a month ago and they need me to work this Saturday 2-10pm. It's a part time job and I hope in time it will turn into full time, I don't mind working weekends here and there because they do give extra money on nights and weekends. But at least I have a job where I will be working 12 months instead of 9 months ( I can't go another summer without a paycheck- know what I mean ) Please keep me posted on other up coming get togethers and if I am not working I would love to come.
How is Justin doing? Nick will be back in Pensacola for some more school Nov.15-25 but will go back to Washington the day before Thanksgiving and that stinks but we will go up and see him the 23-25 and have a early Turkey day with him. He ships out sometime in January and we are not sure when we will ever get to Washington.
Sorry so long, please keep in touch and let me know how you make out with your job search.

also, Mail seems to be having a hard time getting to the new addy, it gets there but takes just a little bit longer. I am thinking its because it brand new house! the kids have been having a bit of trouble at the Post office....They have to go and get the mail cause the mail person is not delivering ALL the mail at once...can't figure it out!! They have complained maybe it will change, we can only HOPE!

the addy you sent the card to "was" correct but like I said he was in the middle of moving! I can't believe the post office just didn't forward the card??!!! Weird, thanks for thinking of him. He actually was in San Diego-working!! they were doing some ship repairs and is currently chug a lugging their way home as I type!
