Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Event Description

A summer time gathering for all of our Navy family, friends and a few sailors too!!!

Come out and enjoy a beautiful day at this nice park in Marietta. It is a covered pavilion and a beautiful park.

Bring a side dish to share and a meat to grill for your family. Perhaps we can put together a game of softball, volleyball or old fashion croquet! Bring your games, photos of your sailor and happy faces!!!

All are welcome!

Just busy- usual stuff of life- I really do want to try to come- My Mom has been ill- she is better now- that has taken a lot of my time up.. It really depends on how she is as the week progresses- I help organize the Tybee get together and then missed it- I was dissappointed. But I am going to try my best. Hope eveyone is doing well along with their sailors, my sailor is fox hole training- I have no contact for to weeks and have two more weeks to go :=(, but he was so excited about it.. THANKS Mary for asking about me- Many Navy MOM blessings to ALL :=)

HELLO GA MOMS- Been away from the site for awhile- Sounds fun- I am going to do my best to come- SOUNDS FUN!! Possibly 2-3 of us... How is everyone?? Hope everyone is doing good. Josh is in his battlion at Gulfport and training and training- getting ready to deploy soon- He loves it and still loves his job- Happy Kudos to all :=)

Irene - Happy Birthday gal! Another camera?! We are going to have to schedule MORE events to keep those cameras busy!! LOL

Hope everyone is doing well! Our sailor is home on leave so I could not be happier :-) He is doing RAP duty this week and we will be heading to HHI on Saturday for some family time. Last week before our daughter returns to college. We will be back well before the picnic but I won't be on line next week.......please keep posting your rsvps for us! Can't wait to meet our new families and see our old ones!

Ga. guys-I got a new play toy for my birthday-A camera-the picnic will help me to pactice with it. Please enlighten me(Ha-Ha). You know me the more picture the better my day becomes.
