OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

My stepdaughter graduates on 9/17 but I am not sure anyone from our family will be able to attend, unfortunately! She is on Ship 03/Div 312.

Hi Cari, Just waiting a little longer to see if we get the division flag colors from our recruits....otherwise we will pick colors. I posted a division flag color in the Discussion Forum in the group.

Did we come to a decision on what color on our person so we can reconize eachother? Was something decided? I guess I'm in the dark sorry.
