The Meet and Greet is sponsored by the Ramada Waukegan-Gurnee as a service to the families of recruits, and occurs on the evening prior to their graduation. Families of recruits in all divisions are welcome to attend, whether or not you're staying there.

The time is 6:00-8:00 PM, and free, hot hors d'oeuvres will be served. For guests registered at the Ramada, you will be given complimentary drink tickets, 2/room (not 2/guest). A cash bar will be available for non-registered attendees. The Ramada will also provide name tags, so we won’t be overly-taxed trying to remember the names of all our new friends!

If you are planning to attend, please RSVP and leave a comment below with the number you’ll have attending. We need to get an estimated head count to the Ramada by Tuesday, May 25th.

Looking forward to seeing you all there!

makes no difference Tina- but Terrie had made a 'spread sheet' with the different hotels and where people where staying- so I changed yours on there.
I've got lists and papers all over the place trying to help my memory keep track of what I'm doing! I seem to not be able to focus on much these days- you would more than likely find we staring off into space with a silly grin on my face.... :)

Hey Lori-
I don't know if it makes any difference for the flower thing, but we have changed our hotel to the Comfort Inn in Waukegan. Thanks to everyone who is helping with this extravaganza!

Here we are 5 days to go- and 4 till we get to see most of us!
I need to hear from any 'new' moms who may be justing checking in- who will be at the M&G or the PIR who would like a corsage.

Here is the 'color code' so far -

195-yellow
196-fushia
197- purple
198- orange
199- red
200- blue
928- TBD [ probably pink I'm thinking]

we are almost there....!

carolyn- that's great! I will look for a 'color' for you tomorrow so that 928 will be represented.
barrys gf- will you be coming as well? How many 'moms' from your group?
The last chance for me to get and do the corsages will be tomorrow-
so excited to met everyone....

Good morning to all- 4 days now and we will all be in GL. The time seems to have flown by now.
I will be getting the rest of the flowers today to make up the corsages- if anyone reads this this morning and hasn't responded please get back to me. I'm wondering if we have anyone coming from 928?
I want to be sure all our N4M's have a flower- and don't forget ladies who can't make the M&G to look for those in your div that are wearing more than 1-
just go up and introduce yourself at PIR.
Well I feel like a kid anticipating the arrival of Christmas! Jumping up and down just trying to contain my excitement!
Blessing to all
Lori

Nancy- I won't be at the Meet and Greet either, but I'm planning on seeing Lori before the PIR - do you want me to get your corsage? I'd be happy to and we'll be sitting in the same general area.

Let me know and I can be looking for you.
