Jeana - sorry you can't make it but perfectly understandable.  Keeping up with kids schedules is a full time job in itself!  Congratulations to the new Sailor!  Woo Hoo!  Good luck to him in "A" school.

Sounds like there definitely needs to be another M&G in the future so we can all meet the ones who can't make it this Saturday.  As a mother of boys I'm always up for a "Girls Day Out"!

Good Morning Ladies!

So sorry to have to send my regrets at this late date.  My daughter has a volleyball tournament in Illinois on Saturday, which I didn't realize when I rsvp'd.  I'm so sad about this.  My son graduated 2 weeks ago and the ceremony was amazing!  He's settling in to his A school in Meridian Mississippi.  Apparently, life DOES get better after boot, ha!  If you all are on Facebook, I'd love to have you as friends.  My name is Jeana Smith Arbuckle.  Look for me!  Also, dfroe64, I also live in O'Fallon!  I'm wondering if we have a mutual friend named Carla Cutler?  She called me last weekend and told me of a friend of hers son was leaving for boot camp.  If so, what a small world!  Ladies, let's plan another lunch date soon, please???

dfroe64 - best of luck to your son in bc. Keep us posted as you hear from him. What a bummer you have to work Saturday. I'm sure there will be more M&G's in the future. Keep in touch.

Janet - glad Christina will be joining us. Sounds like she needs a fun girls day out. Looking forward to meeting both of you.

Only two more days ladies!

Looking forward to Saturday. My future daughter-in-law, Christina, will be joining our group if that's okay? She is not handling our sailor's first deployment very well & I thought meeting everyone would be helpful.

1ProudMom - Best of luck to your daughter in bc. There's a lot of support on N4M's. BC can be a roller coaster ride, but hang in there we'll get you through it. We've all got to stick together on this journey. See ya Saturday.

Looking so forward to meeting all of you next weekend!
My daughter left 3/7. We received her initial 'I'm here' phone call, her box and the form letter (PIR is 5/4). Now this Momma is just waiting for a real letter or phone call. :)
Have a great week ladies!

I put the reservation under the name "Navy Moms". I'm going to get there early and will try to figure out who you all are as you arrive. I'll be the short lady outside the door unless it's raining then I'll be inside! I'm bringing name tags and will have mine on so look for me! This is going to be fun - can't wait!

Proud2baNavyMom--Oh no!  Sorry about you hurting your foot, and so seriously too. Take care of yourself.  We'll miss you. Hope to meet you next time around.

Proud2baNavymom - Ouch!!! I was so looking forward to meeting you but the main thing is for you to get that foot taken care of. Prayers that your surgery goes well. Keep us informed. I'm bummed we don't get to make that little road trip together, but they'll be another time. Take care of yourself.
