Can't wait for 3/14/14 and have our room all booked.  From what I hear, Navy Lodge is a great place to stay.

Thank you for your nice comment and your interest in Navy Lodge Great Lakes.  Navy Lodge is not the same as Navy Gateway Inns and Suites. You may go to www.navy-lodge.com for more information regarding Navy Lodges.  You may also make reservations at this website or you may call our toll free number at 1-800-NAVYINN.  Our direct number is1/847-689-1485.

I just recd. my form letter yesterday.  The brochure from MWR has Navy Gateway listed?  Is this the same as the lodge?  I have heard good things about the lodge, and am interested in booking.  My sons PIR is 4/4/14.  I am new to this website also, not sure what if I am doing this right? lol

Arriving 2/6 for this awesome trip to see our sailor PIR. a bit confused about car rental v. Shuttle options; is it just simpler to rent a car? We fly in to Midway but don't know which airport he flies out of.
