We had the pizza from the Italian place they had in the various places we got menus for.......to DIE for!

I was room 211, had my friend and her 11 yr old with me, division 064. We probably did see each other!

also was there last weekend usnmom, we probably bumped into each other!! :)

I rented a car from enterprise.. used a coupon from the entertainment book. so it cost me only $61 for about 48hrs (with an upgrade). So find coupons, and deals!! those entertainment books are great money finders (some coupons from last year's book still good until 6/2014)!

My daughter wanted to eat Chicago style pizza. Navy lodge gave us a list of places to go to. Oh my! it's so good! it's like an up side down pizza! so good!!

AileensMom- I booked with southwest, I got the "want to getaway fare" I figured what will I loose!  I watch the fare $ closely and crossed my fingers that I did not have to change the date. Only paid $198/ticket from Newark (compare to $400+ that other airlines wanted.... If the date changed I end up paying that price any way, if my daughter by some big chance did not graduate, I could change the ticket to somewhere else... win/win situation...

I stayed last weekend and learned that some taxi cabs cannot transport to and from the lodge. Sarge mentioned it still being Navy property and the day we were looking for a cab back and saw one we thought was his (turns out it wasn't) the cab driver confirmed it by telling us he couldn't take us back to the lodge because he isn't authorized to be on navy property.

Those using taxi services keep that in mind .... Not all cabs are authorized to drive on base. Best way to avoid wondering? Hire Sarge. Seriously.
