OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Been seeing where a lot of moms are posting that their recruits will be staying at Great Lakes after graduation for Pre-Bud training?

I think this is addtional training, not their A school (?) What is Pre-Bud? How long does that last? Who has to go thru Pre-Bud?

Thanks in advance, Learning something new everyday on this site!

I say a big blue bus, maybe Chris can drive
Thanks guys, I am back for a minute. I need a therapist too. So Kimberly, you HAVE to go to school NOW and finish.
I almost did a Psy. D. at Pepperdine. I ended up doing an MFT at CSUDH instead. My younger daughter is a big USC fan. Bryan is a UCLA fan, uncle is a professor at UCLA Film. Nicole did her BA at University of Arizona. I have all the flags and try not to hang them altogether! In fact Katie went up while in Berkley this weekend and looked at Berkley. Brought home her CAL sweatshirt. She went to school today wearing the high knee basket ball socks. Looked very silly, but she said that was the point!
My brother graduated from Berkeley before going on to U of WI (Madison) for his PhD. And one of my nephews is considering Berkeley.
MY nephew broke our USC Alumni hearts BUT he is a Berkley alumn now :)
I attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1995 to 1999. Ahh the memories..
Chris
Green Bay fan ?
I am burning Favre in effiagy (spelling?) for disgracing Lambeau.
Chris
One of my sons dreams is while he is in Chicago to head over to WI and see Lambeau.
I think he was a few years ahead of you . . . Go Badgers!
tell your son that I will meet him on the field when Im third string free safety. i was a 150 lb. outside linebacker and right offensive guard in high school.
I think by the time Katie picks where she will go, we will have every sweatshirt there is. My niece is going to a private all girls school. She asked Katie why she would go to a big school! I could probably answer that, but I prefer to stay in the dark for a little while longer!
