As we prepare to remember 9/11, let's reflect on how it has affected us in our daily lives, how our sailors continue to respond to it's impact, and how we can best lift our country up in prayer.

We were there the weekend of the 29th and miss that. Must missed that. Very nice. September 11th will always be in my memory. That day change my life. When I witnessed the events on the television, I though to myself my life has changed. It did; both professionally and personally. One was picking up a step-son who i am very proud of.

I remember that day like it was yest. It has more meaning this year. With my sailor in a war zone. I am so proud of him and everyone else over there. Makes you wonder where they would all be if that terrible day never happened. I pray everyday for peace there. Know that you are all in thoughts and prayers. We all have so much to be PROUD of.
God bless you Kim - may your boy come home safe.
May the souls of those who perished that day rest in the peace of God's love..
God bless all those who suffered any pain on 9/11. God bless our troops!!!!!
I'll never, ever forget this day. We had a special church service that night and I will never forget hearing the sobs and prayer lifted up for our precious friends in NYC/Washington DC. and the hijacked planes. Just remembering the days and days we all followed the news and were such a close knit country despite the deep pain and loss. ....Strange, a plane is passing overhead now and it's a reminder to me to say a prayer RIGHT NOW......blessings to all jan
Blessings in all reminders is so true.

I would like to thank all of our brave men and women who are protecting us. Thanks to all you moms who have given up your son or daughter to the military to keep our world a safer place. For all the yrs you don't get to see or sit down to dinner with them.. I know how hard it is for you as I am a mom of a Salior too.. How lucky are we to live in a world where so many young men and women stand up and are willing to go and fight for their country. In a day when people think our young are selfish, spoiled and unresponsible. Our children have given of themselves to make our world a better safer place. We are all proud of our sailors and we have every right to be. God Bless..
