OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Sailors who exceed their allowable body-fat are deemed "overweight." They are screened by medical personnel, and then entered into a mandatory weight-loss program. While in overweight status, sailors are ineligible for promotion, ineligible for many volunteer assignments and schools, will adversely effect their Navy FITREP and are not eligible to reenlist.

I am guessing by your picture he is a Sailor. The paper he signed should be telling him he is being discharged. 3 PFA failures in a 4 year time frame and he will be dischaged.

Well that's the thing he has been sent to the weight-loss programs already. He has some medical issues we are waiting to get worked out that are affecting his weight ( sleep apnea as well as possible narcolepsy) So no matter what he does it's not seeming to help with the weight ( ie he can pass all physical things except measurements)
The papers he signed, this was like a month ago and they said nothing about discharge at the time. We're so confused just trying to figure things out, if he is not discharged from this PFA thing then he most likely will be medically discharged within the next year. Thanks for the help/info! I just really want to find someone whose husband has been through the same thing.

Per the USN's instructions he should be discharged. If he can't meet BCA due to medical issues than the medical doctor should have given him a waiver for that.
Also about the medical discharge, don't put all your eggs in one basket the USN is seperating more and more people and letting them go to the VA to try and get benfits, so don't count on him getting medically retired for either of those things. (not trying to be rude, being truthful I know lots about medical retirement)
