Help! Just got reprimanded by my dad and husband about sending him 2 cards, nothing fancy with writing in it to encourage to stay strong and we r thinking about him in a white envelope with his address and us flag postage. Im not allowed to do that because he will get teased in BC. Im upset. Just a plain letter in a plain envelope correct?
Sending regular greeting cards is not an issue. Do not sent musical cards or cards with glitter of any kind though. Musical cards and cards with glitter will bring lots of unwanted attention. LOL
Please don't send things that are embarrassing to your recruit. It may not be your recruit that suffers the repercussions for it, but the rest of them in the division. Please don't do it just to do it, not a good idea at all.
I have sent my son and one of his shipmates multiple cards. Various church and social groups have also sent them. He hasn’t said anything negative about them.
Yes, cards are ok - just not musical or with glitter. Nothing that will make them "stand out".
