Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

I hope you can help me try to find out some information about the A school transfer.. My son just went into Great Lakes on Jan. 6th but he has heard from the chaplain that A school is going to move to San Antonio, Tex. and we are wondering will be included in that transfer or will be staying in Great Lakes.. Of course S.A. would be closer but, i also heard that if he started at Great Lakes then that is where he will probably finish. We are just trying to get the right information.. I was also told through one of the groups here for me to try and locate Chief Officer Angie she would be able to inform me or my son about this transfer.. But i really don't know my way around here, so that is why i have come to you in hopes that you might be able to help me.. Your efforts would be appreciated so much.. My Son is in Ship 12 Div 092 I wrote a blog to a Chief Angie in means to try and locate cus i was also told she is an N4M so if you might be able to help I sure could use your help..

Your son should have received all information about the HM "A" School moving and how/if it will affect him
@ Loretta ....I am In El Paso.. And I called the number which Angie gave me and left a message so i hope to hear from them.. if I hear anyhting for sure i will post it so whom ever needs the information will find out... ok. oh and our sons are in the same ship and Div.. thats great.. He too is PIR 3-11...
