Meeeeeee!!!! And I miss him like crazy!!
I know how you're feeling!!! I'm going absolutely crazy! Keeping my fingers crossed for that first letter and first call!
Yea me too. I've already been planning the trip to GL... It helps me feel in control of something at least!!
Haha absolutely... I've already bought the hotel room for the weekend. Just holding off on the plane tickets for a little. Already thinking about what to wear and what to do while we're out there. Hope you're going to be able to make it to the Meet N Greet on Thursday night before graduation!
my SR is 269!  Miss her terribly bad.  I'm anxiously awaiting the first letter!!
Absolutely! Hoping the letter will come tomorrow or Thursday! I'm very excited to hear from him... it'll make it that much easier to wait for the phone call. Well, or it could go the other way... it could make it more difficult and I'll be an emotional wreck. lol We'll see...
ATTENTION:: Anyone with a Facebook, please find the page for 'U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command' and 'Like' them... on Tuesdays at 10am Chicago time, they have a little quiz question posted on the site... whoever answers it correctly first is rewarded with a picture of their Division of choice at RTC!!!! Let's do this! <3 Btw, I believe it's always information about Great Lakes and RTC.

do you have any idea what type of questions they ask?

Having a bad day.....teared up several times.  Missing my SR terribly bad!  Not only is she my daughter...she's my best friend.  Praying for a better tomorrow!

i have good days and bad days too.  seems funny bcuz we have been apart before (im the army) but this time its diff because of the zero contact.  I just stay strong for him because thats what he deserves from me right now...lol easier said than done tho.  I know your daughter is doing great! basic training sets you up for sucess...thats why the process is slow...its a progression!

Definitely a better "tomorrow".  got a quick...very quick phone call for clearance purposes.

...keep phones close next Friday...that's when she thinks they are going to get a personal call home.  Sooooo wonderful to hear her voice even if it was all business.  Got to tell her I love her....meant a lot.

thats so awesome...def made me happy to read that!
