I would love the info on deployment Mary Helen. Yes, there is sponge Bob fabric-just made some aprons out of it. If someone wanted to cut, I'd be willing to sew. Cutting is the hard part for me.
Sue,
If you could pm me and let know how many children so I can send them their own little packets..
MH
Okay Sue, Carol's Kitchen suggested I contact Colorado Moms and find out who sews (glad someone's brain was working), but if that doesn't work AZ isn't too far and I may just take you up on your offer...I cut you sew.

Spongee you are brave....good luck.
works for me Chris. ha ha.
heehee As long as I dont sew my finger to the fabric.. I've seen my mom do that lol she didn't even flinch! all she did was pull the the thread through.. doggone..lol Lets hope not.. I want to give them a touch of home...lol but not to that extreme heehee I went through my basement this afternoon, and I hit paydirt with material! i'm so geeked!
Hey, just a thought... I'm not a "sew -er" either, but can we make them reversible? One side-tan/camo and one side a little more colorful? It seems that I've seen them that way somewhere, but like I said, I'm not a sew-er...
any thoughts?
Oh, I forgot...my mom has volunteered to help with some of the sewing. She has fibromyalgia so can't do a whole lot, but she's willing to help out as much as possible & maybe teach this "old dog" a "new trick". LOL! That'll be something to see....woof, woof, woooof.
Okay Girls--I am a little late--I will echo Chris's sentiment on the Colorado Moms--we can find out what some of them can do. I think maybe that Shell should come for our event in the "Fargo" hat, Spongee should just come for the visit and -stay away from the sewing machine-If you sew your fingers together we miss out on some great comedy here--we just can't have that...
heehee kathy.. I'm so game! I'm really excited... My daughter is too.... She wants to get the little labels from the sewing store that says Hande Made by.. And put her name in them... aww isn't that just the sweetest thing??? she'll be my cutter.....
So Spongie am I adding you to the Colorado Moms attending list for Jan 11th? We need some spongie love here too so we can get all the moms who don't know about this ready to go. Watch out Molly...Colorado is coming up......

Kathy - need your help here to convince Spongie and anyone else to join us.
I can join by speaker phone heehee I'll get you my number
Now wait--I want in on this party too--even if by pix and phone!!
btw--it's not too cool when you sew your finger--all of a sudden you look down and go "oh oh" and hope the material is washable!
