You would have to send the money to our recruit, but you can also wait until after PIR and pay then. See Division T-Shirts, Graduation Photos, The Keel, and DVD of PIR (clickable link).
my son is PIR 5/24 ship 02 DIV 928 but he had strep on the day his div was getting pics taken. he told me in the last letter that they didnt know if they would crop him in or not. So i dont know what picture pkge to pay for. im disappointed that they wouldnt let him take pics. He also had job of WEAPONS PO but they had his substitute stand in for the photo so he wont even get credit for that in the year book. So what are your suggestions on what to buy?
Unless they've changed things since my Sailor was in, they don't indicate each of the RPO's in The Keel (the yearbook for RTC). I just looked at my son's edition of The Keel to be sure and each of the recruits/Sailors in the division is pictured and the RDC's, Division RCPO's, and Division Honor Recruits are listed along with the Award Recipients. Even though your SR may not be in the division photo, he will still be in The Keel. I think I would still have him purchase Package A (The Keel is free with that if he orders before PIR) and the DVD. See Division T-Shirts, Graduation Photos, The Keel, and DVD of PIR within Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) will give you information on that. I also invite you to join Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) while you are there and to check out the other Pages (found under the pictures of the Members) as well. The Page, 800 and 900 Divisions, within Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) will be of interest to you since you have a recruit in a performing division. I believe that Division 928is Ship Staff/Honor Guard.
Join the group, PIR 05/24/2013 TG 28 – 11 Divisions (195-204 and 928), to connect with others with loved ones training with your SR. There is a discussion within that group for Division 928.
