Hi Samantha,

My son will PIR on 11/30 as well.  I have received 2 letters from him, but he has not received any of mine.  Have you been on the chat site. Many women wiser than me on there. Hope you get them soon.

Debbie

Hi! I've gotten two letters so far also, but my SR says only about 5 guys in his div have received mail. He told me he was going to wait until he got a letter from me before he wrote, but something came up and wanted to write about it. From what I have heard, week three is usually the week that family starts receiving mail. Hope you start getting mail soon!

Hi there! I haven't also received any letters from the husband. I received the form for my military ID and form letter. I sent him lots of mail already, but no mail yet. I'm hoping this week we should receive a letter. Just hang in there! Our letters will arrive soon.

I just received a short note today along with a form from my son.  However I know he has gotten at least one of my letters because he used a stamp that I sent him.

Ok Thanks Everyone man I hope I get one soon my 8 year old son keeps running the the mail box to check the mail everyday after school.

No letters or communication here to date.  Hopefully later today or tomorrow

I got one letter dated the 14th. The week one's sunday. At that time he said he hadnt recieved any letters. I started sending them the 10th. so I"m hoping he has recieved most of them this 21st. And I'm awaiting mail these next two days. :)

But I have a friend who is also in and is in div 024 but havent heard a single thing from him. His form letter was also a week later then my fiance. So maybe some divisions are just behind?

I have gotten a letter from my husband (3 letters in one envelope) I got them last wednesday...but I got everything pretty quickly. He left on Tuesday October 2nd, and I receieved the box on Friday the 5th, and the form letter Tuesday the 9th. My husband also knows I am a worry wort so He wrote whatever and whenever he could to let me know he was okay and thinking about home! ha. I will pray that you hear from him soon!!! My husband also PIR's on 11/30. ship 04 div 022

Hi Samantha,

My boyfriend is graduating on November 30th and is on ship 14 division 026 as well, but I have not received a personal letter either. Like you "I'm sure he is fine", but just want to hear it from him. I have not received a phone call either. I'm trying to stay strong, but it's hard. Where exactly are you located? I am all the way in south Georgia. I know some people with love ones in the same ship/div have received letters, but I wonder how close they are to Great Lakes. Hang in there. I know I'm trying to. If i don't get one tomorrow or the next day I might just lose it!!

I'm in deltona Florida ya still nothing yet I'm sure I does have something to do with the div maybe some are doing better than others too someone told me that the punish them by making them work for their letters but I don't know how true that is I'm just going to be wait lol not like I have a choice thanks everyone I know I'm not the only one suffering that makes me feel better

I read somewhere that this division was on mail restriction because some of the SRs were acting up? Is that a real thing?
